A court in Russia: double standards in Tomsk and in Moscow

This is the image from russian blog "Leprosorium" that contents two pictures from russians news site Lenta.ru. The first case is about tomsk's activist Sergei Zaikov, who slaped the governor Viktor Kress and got 2,5 years of colony (the prosecutor Viktor Baldin asked for 3,5 year of colony) for this accident in tomsk region court.

The second case is about Joseph Reihanov, local official. He and his criminal-official friends (Sergey Baklenev, Valeriy Konosov, Yurij Shamanov) forced the businessman to give them the stakes in value of 376 million rubles (about $12 mln.). Court did not criminals no fine. Reihanov received 5 years probation, his accomplices - 4 years' probation.
